General Terms  

 
All applications are considered as contracts and become effective and binding upon dispatch of our confirmation. The contract is valid under Nigerian law. Venue is Abuja, Nigeria. Cancellations need to be made in writing and 50% cancellation fees are charged if it is done at least  6 weeks prior to the conference.

Please note, that there is no refund for non-attendance. It is, however, possible to send a replacement without any extra cost or formal procedure.
